Shipping policy

Every order is made, packed and dispatched by us from [town/county], UK.

Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll get a dispatch email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery is £2.79, and it's free on orders over £25. Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Occasionally we use another tracked courier, depending on the size of the order or the service available at the time. Your dispatch email will tell you which courier has your parcel and give you the tracking details.

 

Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Expect longer times during busy periods such as Christmas, and during strikes or bad weather.

Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is delayed or returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, any re-delivery cost is yours to pay. If you've spotted a mistake, contact us straight away. We can update it if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Safe places and neighbours
If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, it becomes your responsibility once it's been left there.

Late or lost parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived and the tracking hasn't updated for 7 working days after the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging, inside and outside, so we can claim from the carrier. Your full rights for faulty or damaged items are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
